My heartfelt thanks to you for your excellent customer service and superb reception when we made our most recent trip to your store in late October. As you know, we regularly schedule outings to Vision Dynamics for the residents of our retirement community, and we are never disappointed.

Our residents love going to Vision Dynamics, for so many reasons. They always seem to find not only the items they 11ave in mind, but also other, unexpected devices that make life easier or more enjoyable for them. In addition, your enthusiastic staff makes the experience a true pleasure, from the personalized attention we are each given, the "no pressure" approach to sales, the genuine helpfulness of the staff and the upbeat feeling you so readily convey to us.

When we leave you, we know that we are better off for having come; I can sense that people just feel inherently better after interacting with each of you. Quite a gift to offer your customers!
