Mr. Collins, who has been legally blind with macular degeneration since the age of 13, will talk about his life’s mission: to EMPOWER people with low vision, blindness, and learning difficulties with the hope, desire and ability to lead happy and independent lives. He will also demonstrate some of the visual aids from his extensive inventory of adaptive equipment.
